Dr. Sydney Guyotte, PT, DPT
Sydney graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion in 2017. She then pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas and graduated spring of 2020. Sydney worked in outpatient orthopedics after graduation for over two years where she treated a variety of diagnoses but especially loved treating patients with low back pain and SIJ dysfunction in pregnancy, as well as patients that were returning to running and sports.
Sydney has a true passion for pelvic floor physical therapy and she strives to educate and empower women to be their healthiest self. She is a firm believer that movement is medicine and loves to apply a holistic and functional treatment approach.
Sydney has undergone training for dry needling, pelvic floor physical therapy through Herman and Wallace, and plans to continue learning as much as she can for pregnancy and postpartum conditions.
Sydney lives in Austin with her husband, Jeffrey, and dog, Nola. She loves to stay active, explore Austin, and find the best food spots in her spare time.
